Revd Steve Lillicrap in conversation with Revd Jim Pye our new Associate Priest

I am delighted to be able to share some really good news:

Bishop Rose has invited Rev Jim Pye to take up the post of Associate Priest in the Benefice of Kingsdown Creekside and High Downs, which Jim has accepted.

Jim has been serving as a full time minister in the Dioceses of Derby, Lichfield and St Albans for 30 years before retiring recently. He is married to Melanie and they have two adult children. Joshua is a senior scientist at Glaxo Smith Kline and Chloe has just completed her first year of study at Chichester University.

Jim and Melanie have now moved into the Rectory in Eastling. Jim was licensed by Bishop Rose on 29th September, at Newham Church.

So please do be praying for Jim and Melanie as they share in the life of the benefice and in ministry.

And at the same time please be praying for Caroline and Dan Turvey as Caroline begins her ministry as Curate in the benefice of Kingsdown, Creekside and High Downs.

God bless

Steve
