 During the service we will be reading out a list of names of those that pe
 ople would like to remember.  If you would like a name to be mentioned at 
 the service\, please fill out the form attached and either  send/email it 
 too me\, or if you wish\, leave it in the box at the back of church. If yo
 u plan to attend the service you could bring the form with you. \nToday's
