Why not join in on Friday mornings to pray for the local community?
It is a positive way of praying - especially in the current Coronavirus situation.
If joining for the first time, or you have any queries, contact Keith Speck: Tel: 01768 898257
Email: [email protected]
( Normally, in better weather we try to meet as a small group, outside in someone's garden, overlooking the community, but in winter are indoors in the Methodist Chapel, Kirkoswald. The nearest venue to Renwick or Croglin is Kirkoswald Methodist Chapel- but perhaps you can start a more local group!)
You can also pray from your home or your garden (great to hear the birds as well!), or find some other quiet spot nearby. Suggested prayers are attached as a PDF file upload - click on 'view attachment' below.

Share in our online worship with Christians from the Eden valley from Langwathby to Lazonby and Kirkoswald to the fellside villages.
This last Sunday was our '3rd Sunday' service, with more modern worship, and Mike Talbot was preaching.
By coming together to worship God, let us draw closer to Him, learn, and be encouraged.
We hope you will be part of this online service by watching at a time convenient to yourself.

Although we can't meet together in church, we can still join together online to worship God, encourage one another and grow in our faith in Jesus.
Our 'Zest' service is all-age. For the middle 1/3rd of the time, you can opt to join a 'breakout group' - a choice of craft, Lego (both child/adult friendly), and discussion. Or you can simply stay with the main service and listen to the sermon. At the end there is a further chance to chat informally with others in ' breakout rooms'. Do free welcome to join us even if it's your first time.
TO JOIN THE ONLINE ZOOM SERVICE, CLICK ON THE 'MORE ABOUT THIS EVENT' BUTTON BELOW, SHORTLY BEFORE THE EVENT STARTS. You will initially be in the 'Meeting Room' until everyone is admitted at the start time. or shortly thereafter. You will be muted during the service and may choose to be visible on video or not.
At the end of the service there will be an opportunity to go into 'breakout rooms' for an informal chat with a small group of people via Zoom.
