The Annual meetings will be held on Wednesday 18th May - 1330hrs in Egremont Parish Hall.

The first meeting will elect 2 Churchwardens for the coming year and encourage everyone to consider if they could serve in this capacity. 
Nomination forms are available in Churches (& attached) and should be lodged before the meeting.

The second meeting will elect representatives of the Parochial Church Council and from that group the Deanery Synod Representatives. A similar encouragement to serve is offered here.
Nomination forms for PCC reps are also available in Churches (& attached) and again should be lodged before the meeting. 

The second meeting will also review the Electoral Roll, the Annual Report of the PCC and the Parish in general, the Financial Statement and accept an update on the conditions of our buildings and furnishings etc.

The meeting is open to all who are entered on the electoral roll.
