Harvest Festival this Sunday 11th October at St Oswald’s Church starting 11.15am and lasting about 50 minutes. This will be a Family Service designed for participation of all age groups and will include a short communion. Distribution of Harvest Gifts around the parish is not possible this year under the current restrictions so instead of fresh fruit and vegetables please bring tins and dried goods that can be sent to the Foodbank.
Sadly because of COVID restrictions the maximum number of people we can currently accommodate is 30 and those taking communion can only receive the bread and not the wine. Households are encouraged to sit in family bubbles to maximise seating capacity. Children need to be of an age where they can sit with their families throughout the service because of the difficulties in managing physical distancing. Don’t let the restrictions put you off. Let Harvest and Thanksgiving lift your spirits as we gather together.
Sunday worship at 8am and 11.15am services continue every week.
