DESCRIPTION:Every year\, two meetings have to take place not later than 31
  May: The first is the ANNUAL MEETING OF PARISHIONERS which is a joint mee
 ting of all those whose names are on the church electoral roll of the pari
 sh and those who are resident in the parish. Its purpose is to elect Churc
 hwardens\nThe ANNUAL PAROCHIAL CHURCH MEETING (APCM) follows for those who
 se names are on the church Electoral Roll. A number of reports are given i
 ncluding changes to the Electoral Roll\, a report on PCC and parish activi
 ties together with a financial account of the past year.  Among other upda
 tes may be included Church Fabric (the building)\, the proceedings of the 
 Deanery Synod and the implementation of Safeguarding Policies.\nNomination
 s for PCC and Deanery Synod Representatives are received and voted upon.\n
 Finally\, the APCM provides a platform to discuss the church's future plan
 s and goals and an opportunity to offer feedback and input on various aspe
 cts of church life.
