 ovide a bountiful harvest in the autumn. This ancient custom is still prac
 tised across the country today… and at St. Catherine’s!\nJoin us for a
  candlelit service in church\, with joyful singing from the choir\, then a
  walk into the torch-lit churchyard where we will bless our new apple tree
  🌳 and look forward to lighter days and a new season of growth.\nThere 
 will be mulled cider (and non-alcoholic spiced apple juice) to warm us as 
 we wassail. All are welcome. 🍏 Please bring a torch! 🔦
