We are really looking forward to being together in greater numbers for worship this Sunday at 10am at a special outdoor service in our school grounds at Marton. All are welcome for a 35 minute joyful service that will involve people of every age. Our musicians and a puppet or two are preparing, and for the first time since March we will be able to sing as we are outdoors.
You will be able to park at the front of Marton School, including on the playground to the right of the entrance. The forecast is bright, but a little chilly, so dress up warm. If you have chairs you can easily bring, please do. We will have some available for those without portable chairs, or who would struggle to carry them. We will be seating people in socially distanced bubbles, and masks are optional. We will keep one seating area a little more distanced for those who are more vulnerable.
There is a short order of service which you can download below, but we will also have printed copies available for those who need them.
On arrival at school, please go around the right hand side of school and follow the path to the playground behind the school where you will be greeted and given directions. Regrettably we will not be opening school in order to keep it fully clean and safe for staff who will arrive on Monday, so there will be no toilet facilities.
We very much look forward to seeing those of you who are able to join us tomorrow.

All Saints, Siddington

Welcome to All Saints Parish Church in Siddington, a small historic church at the heart of a thriving rural community, in the parish of Siddington with Capesthorne.

We hold services in church every week. For details, please see Services and events.

We were very sorry to say goodbye recently to our vicar, Revd Ian Arch, who has moved on to a new life in Wales with his family. The Rural Daneside Churches are now in the process of finding and appointing a new vicar and, in the meantime, the work of the church continues.

For any enquiries, please use the "Get in Touch" page.

The church is part of a group of four neighbouring country parishes, Rural Daneside Churches, with shared values, but who have their own individual character. All the parishes come together regularly for joint services, usually at Marton C of E School, the local primary school for seven parishes in all.

All Saints’ congregation is formed not just from the village, however. Many people from the surrounding areas enjoy the fellowship and variety of worship which the church offers. You are very welcome to join any of the services, details of which can be seen on the Services and Events page.

The church is often at its best at the major services – Easter, Harvest and Christmas – when capacity congregations in a lovingly decorated building celebrate the essence of Christian faith in a modern world.

All Saints is also the driving force behind Redesmere Fete, a traditional country event which draws hundreds of visitors. See the separate page.

The parish of Siddington and Capesthorne: Holy Trinity is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. For information, please click "Safeguarding".
