Following a further relaxation of lockdown restrictions, we are now able to make additional changes to our weekly services.

On Sunday 16th August, 2020, Holy Communion services resumed at St Paul’s and Whitworth churches and on Wednesdays at St Paul’s Church. Various safety measures will be in place and include not sharing the cup, so the congregation will receive only the bread (wafer).

SUNDAYS

9am : Whitworth Church – Holy Communion

10:30am : St Paul’s Church – Holy Communion
streamed live at facebook.com/stpaulsspennymoor/live

WEDNESDAYS

9:30am : St Paul’s Church – Holy Communion
The service will have the same readings and sermon as the Sunday

You must book each time you’d like to attend a service and this can be done by contacting the Reverends Matt Tarling or Anthony Smith on 01388 327603 or 304882 or email [email protected]

As of Saturday 8th August, 2020, it became compulsory to wear a face covering in places of worship. If you do attend a service in church, please bring a face covering unless you have a valid exemption.

When you arrive at the building, please follow the one-way system, use the hand sanitiser provided at the entrance and maintain social distancing.

Please do not enter if you are feeling unwell or have experienced any COVID-19 symptoms in the past seven days.

We look forward to welcoming you to a service soon!
