As lockdown restrictions start to ease across England, we are now able to start making small adjustments to enable access to the church building.

It is encouraging that we are able to make these changes, but Coronavirus has not gone away and these are small steps on a journey.

Whitworth Church open for Sunday Worship
Sundays at 9am for morning worship

Because of the restrictions on numbers due to the size of Whitworth Church, if you would like to attend the service, please get in touch with the Revds Matt Tarling or Anthony Smith by calling 01388 327603 / 01388 304882 or emailing via the Get in Touch page. This will help avoid disappointment if we are at capacity.

Please do not enter if you are feeling unwell or have experienced any COVID-19 symptoms in the past seven days.

Take responsibility for your own safety and that of your household and other people by maintaining social distancing and observe hygiene measures.

Ensure children are supervised at all times.

What we have done:

• We have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment

• We have cleaning, hand cleansing and hygiene procedures in place, in line with government guidance

• We have taken all reasonable steps to help everyone maintain a 2m distance between different users of the church building
