DESCRIPTION:THE ANNUAL MEETING\nTiming and attendance\nM1 (1) In every par
 ish\, the annual parochial church meeting (referred to in this Part of the
 se Rules as ‘the annual meeting’) must be held in the period which beg
 ins with 1 January and ends with 31 May.\n\n(2) The following persons are 
 entitled to attend the annual meeting and take part in its proceedings –
 \n\n(a) every lay person whose name is on the roll of the parish\,\n\n(b) 
 every clerk in Holy Orders to whom paragraph (3) applies\,\n\n(c) where th
 e parish is in the area of a benefice for which there is a team ministry\,
  every member of the team\,\n\n(d) where the parish is in the area of a gr
 oup ministry\, every incumbent and priest in charge in the group ministry\
 , and\n\n(e) where the parish is in the area of a group ministry which inc
 ludes the area of a benefice for which there is a team ministry\, every vi
 car in the team ministry.
