Church of England Diocese of Ely Tilney All Saints

All Saints Church pulling together during lock-down

27 Jun 2020, 9 a.m.

So far this has been well received. We feel connected to one another as we pray together and let our thoughts run over the readings & psalm, think about one another and pray for the world and the church.  We have also been praying for one of the sons of our group who has been very ill with Covid 19.  Praise God that he has made a good recovery, bee are all enormously thankful.

As we move forward, we have to acknowledge that some of us are ‘extremely vulnerable’ and may not feel sufficiently confident to attend services for a while.  If everyone is in agreement, I think that I shall continue to distribute worship material.  Those who wish to meet together in Church can do so (provided social distancing is maintained). Those who prefer to remain at home could continue to use worship materials provided.

Unfortunately I’m ill in hospital at present so I hope to be home soon.  There will always be a warm welcome for everyone who would like to join in worship.  Please get in touch with me if you have any questions (you’ll have to saint until I get home though).
