Our local priest, Revd David, has been travelling across Scotland in an epic 40 day pilgrimage from the Mull of Galloway to Easter Head.

 He's been raising money for some charities close to his head, as well as supporting his physical and mental health through exercise and a dose of the great outdoors. It's also been a chance for David to connect with his Scottish heritage and visit the land of his ancestors.

Desite an injury which limited David's ability to cycle for some of the trip, he has now completed the length of the journey, sometimes alone and sometimes with wife Sarah and dog Charlie. 

He's learned about wild camping and how to live to his own natural rhythm, keeping rest and exertion in balance. He's had time to pray and to reflect and has raised
