DESCRIPTION:An afternoon of entertaining music for four saxophones (sopran
 o\, alto\, tenor\, baritone) with tea and home made cake in the interval. 
 Founded in 2012 by their director Louisa Davidson\, the members of the qua
 rtet are all qualified\, accomplished and experienced musicians. They enjo
 y playing the classical saxophone quartet repertoire alongside exploring m
 ore contemporary style pieces\, including jazz and tangos\, often written 
 and arranged by saxophonists themselves. \nTickets costing £15\, inclusiv
 e of refreshments\, will be available to purchase on the door and\, if wis
 hed\, can be reserved in advance by contacting one of the churchwardens. C
 hildren are welcome to come for free. Proceeds from the concert will be di
 vided equally between the quartet and the church.
