In this week's reflection, Steve Grindrod talks to us about two occasions (one Old Testament, one New) when God enables a small offering of food to nourish a large gathering. In each case the offering is by unnamed individuals who put forward all they had, without the need for recognition or reward. God used their sacrifice, working in partnership with us to demonstrate the abundance of His Kingdom. Steve challenges us: are we ready to recognise and engage with God without any thought or desire of human acknowledgement?
