A Message & Weekly Pew Sheet for week commencing Sunday 5th February, 2023
I attach final copies of the pew sheets for the three services planned for this Sunday 5th February, 2023, all services will be led by Fr Aran.
· 9am Holy Communion [Common Worship): West Deeping
· 11am Holy Communion with Sunday Club [in the Casewick Chapel]: Uffington
· 6pm Evening Prayer [BCP]: Barholm-with-Stowe – The heart of Evensong is the reading of Scripture, we have two guest readers and Colin will lead us in the responsorial psalm, our service of Evensong is intended to prepare us to hear God’s word and to be able to respond to it with praise. Its traditional language may help us to put aside the pressures of our lives as we enter into a tradition that has sustained Christians in England since the 17th Century.
We will be accompanied by a guest organist, the very talented Julia Lamb as we sing four traditional, well known hymns.
Tricia and Colin will warmly welcome you at the door and ensure you have everything you need to join in.
However you join in with the services offered on Sunday, we pray that you sense the presence and love of God and the fellowship and assured welcome of the regular congregations.
We look forward to seeing you on Sunday.
