 er (BCP) when we remember All Souls Day also called The Commemoration of t
 he Faithful Departed.\n\nWe will together\, accompanied at the Organ by Ju
 lia in singing Five Traditional Hymns of Remembrance and Hope\;\n\n239 - O
 pening Hymn - "Lord of all hopefulness\, Lord of all joy" - The hymn's the
 mes of hope\, trust\, and seeking God's presence at all times—including 
 "waking" and "homing" at "the eve of the day"—are appropriate for rememb
 rance and reflection.\n\n186 - Magnificat  To be Sung as the Hymn "Tell ou
 t my soul\, the greatness of the Lord" - In place of the 'said' Magnificat
 .\n\n331 - "Abide With Me"  Chosen as its message of companionship in the 
 time during and after loss has resonated with many generations.\n\n381 - "
 Jerusalem the golden"\, This powerful hymn praises God's majesty and creat
 ion. Its uplifting nature can offer a broader perspective on life and deat
 h during a difficult time.\n\n252 - "The Day Thou Gavest\, Lord\, Is Ended
 ": A popular funeral hymn that beautifully articulates the unbroken praise
  of the Christian church\, even as one life on earth ends and another begi
 ns elsewhere in the world.\n\nBoth the Psalm and the two lessons have a si
 milar theme: Comfort that God is always with us\, Repentance\, Reflection\
 , Hope in the Resurrection etc.\n\nPlease do Join us on this Evening.\n\n 
 The names of those to be remembered may be read aloud during this service\
 , although some may prefer to remember those in the silence of our hearts\
 , either way silence may be kept and Candles may be lit as a symbol of pla
 cing the persons being remembered into God’s safe keeping. \n\nIf you wo
