DESCRIPTION:Drop-in Quiet Day in church.  The day will be divided into 3 s
 essions starting at 10am\, 11am and 1pm with lunch break between 12 noon a
 nd 1pm. There will be a short led reflection on the hour with time in betw
 een to read\, pray or just sit quietly in thought. People are welcome to c
 ome for the whole day or just for one or two sessions. If you are coming f
 or the whole day please bring some lunch with you. Tea and coffee will be 
 available throughout the day. If you've not been to a Quiet Day before why
  not give it a try - no need to book\, just turn up on the day and enjoy t
 he peace of our "Sanctum". The day will conclude at 2pm with a short praye
 r service. All are welcome.
