DESCRIPTION:The Passover Meal – What to Expect\n\nThis special Maundy Th
 ursday service is a reflective and symbolic meal\, recalling the Last Supp
 er and its deep connection to the Jewish Passover. As we gather\, we will 
 hear Scripture readings\, sing hymns\, and share in a meal that includes l
 amb\, bitter herbs\, and unleavened bread—each carrying profound meaning
  in our faith.\n\nThe service includes moments of reflection\, prayers\, a
 nd responses\, as well as an opportunity to share in the bread and wine\, 
 remembering Christ’s sacrifice. A young Christian will ask traditional q
 uestions about the significance of the meal\, helping us to engage more de
 eply with its meaning.\n\nTowards the end\, we will share in the lighting 
 of the Paschal Candle\, symbolising Christ as the Light of the World. The 
 service concludes in solemnity\, as we recall Jesus' journey to the Garden
  of Gethsemane\, preparing our hearts for Good Friday.\n\nAll are welcome 
 to participate in this moving and meaningful act of worship. Please put yo
 ur name on the list available in St Andrew's Church to ensure we cater for
  the correct number of people attending.
