DESCRIPTION:A Peal of Lincolnshire Surprise Major (5040 changes) will be r
 ung at St Thomas’ Church to commemorate 25 years since the Bell restorat
 ion took place in 1999.  \nThe Peal will be rung by ringers from across th
 e Lincoln Diocese also celebrating 125 years since the founding of the Lin
 colnshire Diocesan Guild of Church Bell Ringers. Market Rasen also hosted 
 the first meeting of the North Lincs Association 140 years ago\, which was
  later incorporated into the LDGCBR.\nIf successful the peal will be the f
 irst ever of a Surprise method on our bells.\nOne member of our own band w
 ill be ringing in the peal.\nEnjoy the constant changing of the bells as t
 hey peal out across the Market place\, Church street and Caistor road.  If
