Church of England Diocese of Lincoln Clee

Coronavirus - important information

In light of the Government guidance around non-essential contact, the Archbishops of Canterbury and York have issued advice that public worship is suspended until further notice.

This means that there will be no Sunday or midweek services for the time being. This is an unprecedented time for us as a Church and we are exploring the ways in which we can continue to worship God and serve one another.

Christenings and Weddings: we don't know yet how the pandemic will affect christenings and weddings over the next few months - we are currently awaiting further guidance. However, it may be that if these services do go ahead, the number of people attending will have to be strictly limited. If you have a christening or a wedding booked with us, please be patient - we will be in touch.

Please pray: for yourselves, for each other, for our leaders, for the whole Church, and for all who are suffering, anxious and afraid.
