Church Open for Private Prayer & Reflection

We are now able to open St Mary’s Church for private prayer and reflection.

St Mary’s Church, Fotherby will be open for private individual prayer and reflection on Wednesdays between 12.30pm and 2.30pm.

You will understand that due to the current coronavirus pandemic, we need to ensure everyone accessing the church building is kept safe and a voluntary guide will be on duty during the hours of opening to help keep you safe.

We ask:

If you are exhibiting symptoms of coronavirus, please do not attend

If you are in a vulnerable group, please do not attend

That you follow the notices displayed, using the alcohol hand sanitiser on arrival and when you leave the church and use the designated areas, only;

Please use only the nominated prayer seats and avoid touching all other surfaces and maintain a distance of at least two metres from all others in the church building.

We have volunteers who are present to welcome you and support your safety and we thank them for taking on this role.

Volunteers will sanitise and clean the church to maintain everyone’s safety.
