 year is no exception — and Jean brings us a subject rooted deeply in our
  own county’s soil.\n\nHer talk\, Tennyson’s Lincolnshire Family\, exp
 lores the remarkable cast of characters who shaped the poet’s early life
 . She will look briefly at his parents\, grandparents and siblings\, inclu
 ding his favourite brother Charles\, who spent his life as vicar of Grasby
 \, and his hated Uncle Charles\, the eccentric creator of the astonishing 
 Bayons Manor at Tealby.\n\nIt’s a story threaded with eccentricity\, add
 iction\, family tensions and brilliance — more than enough to keep every
  listener absorbed.
