Churches throughout Britain have been unable to offer public worship during the Covid-19 lockdown. During this time the vicar has been offering Morning and Evening Prayer daily and the Eucharist on Sunday morning on behalf of the parish. Initially these services were celebrated in the vicarage and later in church (though behind locked doors). From Sunday 12th July 2020 we will open the church doors for the public celebration of the Parish Eucharist. All are welcome but we will still need to comply with physical distancing and hygiene rules. So, for instance, you will be asked to wash your hands on coming into church, there will be a one-way system around the building, you will only be able to sit in certain pews and there will be no congregational singing. It will be a little strange but, nonetheless, it will be good to gather together again to worship God.
