DESCRIPTION:In preparation for this meeting\, will be renewing our Church 
 Electoral Roll (membership list) to replace the current one. This will ens
 ure we have the most up to date list of current church members who will be
  eligible to vote at this meeting. \n. \nThe Church of England’s “Noti
 ce of preparation of the New Roll” will be at the back of church startin
 g on February 16. If you’d like to view an online version of the Notice\

 Roll is adequately displayed before this meeting\, all enrolment forms tha
 t were completed and submitted by March 23\, 2025\, will be used to displa
 y a list of all enrolled members. This list will be displayed at the back 
 of church between April 6 and 27\, during which time any necessary alterat
 ions can be made. \n\nThank you to everyone who completed and submitted an
  enrolment form.\n\nIn preparation for this meeting\, we would also like y
 ou to think about nominating: \n\n-  4 new members to the PCC\n-  1 new De
 puty Warden\; and\,\n-  1 Assistant Treasurer. \n\nThere are nomination fo
 rms available at the back of Church so  you can see who is being nominated
 .\n\nIf this is something that you yourself would like to think about\, pl
 ease speak to the wardens or the clergy.\n\nOur 2024 APCM report is availa
 ble to read before the meeting. Copies are available at the back of church
