DESCRIPTION:Join us as we remember D-Day.\n\nThe church bells will ring fr
 om 1-2pm\, to kick things off. From 2-5pm\, there will be free admission t
 o view 1940s artifacts\, family photos\, floral display and military memor
 abilia. Bring your own food to enjoy a party-style picnic outside\, and en
 joy fun\, games and music. \n\nFrom 6-9pm\, we will have a Tea dance and S
 ongs of the Era with Tony Ravel and Julie A. Scott\, plus our very own Rob
  Leyland. Tea and cake refreshments will be provided and there will be an 
 opportunity to participate in a raffle. There will not be any drinks\, but
  you can bring your own. \n\nTickets for the Tea Dance and Songs of the Er
 a are £5 each\, and are available at the Ministry Centre. All donations w
 ill be equally split between Christ Church Aughton and ‘Help the Heroes
 ’.
