DESCRIPTION:Meeting at 11am on Saturday 22nd August at The Ship Inn car pa
 rk\, Lathom.\n \nThe walk will be just under 2 miles \n \nAs always\, the 
 walks are at your own risk\, please wear suitable footwear.  All walks hav
 e been risk assessed but please consider that you are physically able to c
 omplete the walk.  Please also consider what equipment you may need for th
 e walk. \n \nWe shall walk along the Leeds – Liverpool canal and visit p
 arts of Lathom and Burscough\; look around Burscough Wharf and then lunch 
 at The Ship Inn.  If you wish to eat at The Ship\, let Kath know and we ca
 n book a table. \n \nThe group meets monthly. New walkers always welcome!
