DESCRIPTION:All are welcome to join us as we convene at our 11am Easter Su
 nday Service to celebrate the great miracle of Easter in readings\, music 
 and hymns and in joyful communion.\n\nHowever deep the darkness and despai
 r of Good Friday\, in the end God’s love was far greater. There is new l
 ife. There is new hope\, for Christ is risen from the dead.\n\nRefreshment
 s will be served after the service and there will be an Egg Hunt in the Re
 ctory Garden and other Easter activities for the under 10s.\n\nMusic\nDuri
 ng the service St Bride’s Choir and Organist will perform some suitably 
 jubilant music to celebrate this great feast day:\n\nSetting: Missa Sancti
  Pauli – Andrew Carter\nCanticle: Easter Hymn from Cavalleria rusticana 
 – Pietro Mascagni\nSermon: The Revd Canon Dr Alison Joyce\, Rector of St
  Bride’s\nAnthem: He is risen – Percy Whitlock\n\nThe mass setting was
  written for the choir of St Paul’s cathedral in 1997 and is our tribute
  to the composer\, Andrew Carter\, who died at the age of 86 earlier this 
 year.\n\nSUPPORT ST BRIDE'S\nThere will be a collection during the service
  to support the work\, ministry and music-making of St Bride's and help ma
 intain our magnificent Wren church.\n\nSt Bride's is wholly reliant on and
  deeply grateful for the generous support of our visitors and congregation
 .\n\nDonations can be made by cash or contactless at church or via JustGiv
