Public worship in the Church of England has been put on hold to help stem the spread of coronavirus. In a joint letter, Archbishops Justin Welby and John Sentamu are calling upon us to face this challenge by becoming a, ‘radically different kind of church’, rooted in prayer and loving service to others as well as ourselves.
The Church continues to be alive and active, but our buildings must close in London. Therefore, as well as physical gathering for public worship being suspended, this and all church buildings in the Diocese of London are now closed. Our worship of God and our care for each other continue but cannot be done in this building but will though continue on line.
Our website contains details of how to join others online for prayer, worship, study, and community life.

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength . . . Love your neighbour as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these.”.
Please be assured of my love and prayers for yourself, our community and all affected by illness and anxiety in the days ahead.
