Every Fourth, Fifth Sunday at 10:30 a.m. for 1hr

All are welcome to join our Morning Prayer services. We worship in song; reflect on the past week; listen to two readings from the bible; have a sermon of about 15 minutes; and pray for the needs of the world, the church and ourselves. The service is normally led by lay ministers. Refreshments are served after the service and there is often cake!

Holy Communion

Our morning services include a celebration of holy communion on two Sundays a month. We worship in song; reflect on the past week; listen to two readings from the bible; have a sermon of about 15 minutes; pray for the needs of the world, the church and ourselves; celebrate holy communion; and share refreshments afterwards. There is often cake.

Wednesday

XLP Bus Project

Every Wednesday at 3 p.m. for 2hr

The XLP community bus is on the Marquess Estate every week. Here young people find help and advice, a safe place to be and a sympathetic ear, alongside access to computers, games consoles, a music studio, chill out space, and arts and crafts areas. The bus provides accessible drop-in sessions, which include 1-2-1 mentoring, cooking lessons and small group activities. St Jude's Church is delighted to be partnering with XLP.
