Following a couple of experiments in August, we are now ready to welcome you back into our buildings on Sundays, where we look forward to seeing you. In September, we're continuing our online services at 10am, and are considering this our 'main' service where the largest number of people are able to 'gather'. For the time being, running Junior Church is going to be difficult, but we're working hard to work out the best way to support children and their families in worship. Family groups are very welcome to come together to the simple communion services in church, which will be happening at the new time of 11.30am.
When coming to church in person, please bring your own face covering and hand sanitiser if you can. It is a requirement to wear face coverings while inside the church building. On entry, you will be greeted and taken to a seat in the church, where you must remain until invited forward for communion.
This will be a simple, said service, with a short homily. It offers us the opportunity to safely see one another, to receive the communion bread and to respond to Jesus' invitation to his table. At present, it's not possible for us to sing, provide refreshments or accept cash donations, but if you can bring a credit or debit card, we can receive contactless offerings.
1st, 2nd and 3rd Sundays will be at St Mary's, and 4th Sundays at St Luke's. An additional 8am service will take place at St Mary's on 27 September.
