 and bowing our\nheads\, we keep our eyes open to the needs we see around u
 s and bow our hearts to ask humbly for God to intervene. As we walk and pr
 ay\, we need to listen for promptings by God’s Spirit to pray for indivi
 duals and groups we meet along the way.\nWe meet at St Paul’s or St Andr
 ew’s and go out to walk for about ¾ of an hour\, praying silently. Then
  we will come back togetherand share our experiences. If you are not able 
 to join us\, please spend the time praying at home. You can share your exp
