During the morning we aim to provide simple entertainment such as a quiz sheet\, some armchair aerobics\, bingo\, craft activities etc. We are sure that some of you may even have your own skills to share!\n\nHowev er\, none of these are obligatory - you may prefer to just sit and chat - and that is perfectly fine!\nThere is no charge for anything - our aim is just to offer a warm and safe place where people feel safe to connect\, be long and contribute.\n\nDo join us!
