DESCRIPTION:St John's Wednesday Welcome is open every Wednesday morning fr
 om 9.30am-11.30pm.\n\nWe are part of the National Place of Welcome Network
 .\n\nPlaces of Welcome is a growing network of hospitality run by local co
 mmunity groups who want to make sure that everyone in their area has a pla
 ce to go for a friendly face\, a cup of tea and a conversation if and when
  they need it.\n\nWe provide free refreshments of tea\, coffee\, biscuits 
 and toast\, a friendly face\, a listening ear and a range of activities an
 d services.\n\nWe offer information about local activities and services th
 at may be of help or interest and we are visited on a regular basis by Tam
 eside's NHS Be Well Team offering health and wellbeing advice. We also pro
 vide a Listening Service and Bereavement Counselling.\n\nYou could take pa
 rt in the craft activities\, play Bingo\, enjoy a therapeutic hand massage
 \, manicure or join in the chair aerobics!\n\nCome and see us - we would l
 ove to welcome you!
