DESCRIPTION:As part of our Patronal Celebrations\, where we give thanks fo
 r the parish and all who live and work here\, we will be holding an Outdoo
 r Parish Mass in St Mary's Church at 10am.\n\nFollowing this\, there will 
 be a Celebration of Cycling\, where we will be celebrating cycling in the 
 city with music and entertainment from Drumnation and our local Morris Dan
 cers\, arts and crafts activities\, and a community picnic (please bring y
 our own lunch). There will also be more opportunities to find out more abo
 ut cycling in Portsmouth\, free repairs for any bicycles in need\, and les
 sons for those who may feel rusty on two wheels. To finish\, there will be
  a churchyard cycle at 2pm\, so please bring your bike if possible!\n\nFin
 ally\, the church tower will then be open for visitors from 2-4pm.\n\nTo w

 -Service.pdf\n\nTerms and conditions for climbing St Mary’s Tower:\n• 
 Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.\n• No children un
 der the age of 5yrs or under 1m tall allowed to climb the tower.\n• No o
 pened toed shoes\, sandals or flip flops.\n• Please follow all instructi
 ons from our volunteers\, the stairs are too steep & narrow for two-way tr
 affic. Give space to others to avoid tripping.\n• The tower may need to 
 close at short notice due to adverse weather conditions.\n• The clergy h
 old the right to refuse anyone access to the tower if persons are deemed u
 nsafe or not fit to climb.\n• The church will not take any responsibilit
 y for any accident\, injury\, or theft on our premises. Enjoy yourself but
  be vigilant at all times. You climb at your own risk.\n• Persons with h
 eart conditions or pre-existing medical conditions\, mobility difficulties
  or any condition where the effort of climbing is considered hazardous sho
 uld refrain from attempting this climb. You are required to exercise due c
 are & attention during your visit.
