DESCRIPTION:We will once again be opening St Mary's Tower for the general 
 public to climb.  As well as providing an insight into the inside of this 
 tower and its iconic bells\, this 206-step journey provides stunning views
  across Portsmouth.  The last climb will be at 3.30pm.\n\nTerms and Condit
 ions:\n• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.\n• No 
 children under the age of 5 years or under 1m tall are allowed to climb th
 e tower.\n• No opened-toed shoes\, sandals or flip flops.\n• Please fo
 llow all instructions from our volunteers\, the stairs are too steep & nar
 row for two-way traffic. Give space to others to avoid tripping.\n• The 
 tower may need to close at short notice due to adverse weather conditions.
 \n• The clergy hold the right to refuse anyone access to the tower if pe
 rsons are deemed unsafe or not fit to climb.\n• The church will not take
  any responsibility for any accident\, injury\, or theft on our premises. 
 Enjoy yourself but be vigilant at all times. You climb at your own risk.\n
 • Persons with heart conditions or pre-existing medical conditions\, mob
 ility difficulties or any condition where the effort of climbing is consid
 ered hazardous should refrain from attempting this climb. You are required
  to exercise due care & attention during your visit.
