With our community continuing to be a Tier 4 area, and with the third lockdown now in progress, the Parochial Church Council has been granted a dispensation to suspend worship in church until the end of March, at which point we will review how we hold services in the following months based on government and church guidance at that point.

We know this will be disappointing news for many in our congregation, and indeed the broader community. The decision was unanimous between the PCC, the Church Wardens and the Area Dean, Rev. Michael, and was taken in the interests of keeping both our congregation and those helping to lead and staff services safe in a time of continuing high Covid-19 infections. Details of our services and how to join them over this period can be found here.

We can still take funerals attended by a maximum of 30 people and burials of ashes with up to 6 people in attendance.

The church continues to be open for individual private prayer on Wednesdays during this period.

We will continue to host the foodbank.
