Church of England Diocese of Sheffield Frecheville

St Cyprian

St Cyprian's church is run by its congregation and is committed to growing and moving forward.  We welcome newcomers and as we are a small group, it's easy to get to know people.  People of any faith or none are welcome to join us and explore our beliefs. Please get in touch or come along to a service if you are interested.  Please note that we do not have a vicar.  All queries should be addressed to Angi (07920 201 287)

"The parish of Frecheville: St Cyprian is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Sheffield’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services."

This is a very informal service with activities and crafts, designed for everyone to join it. It happens the first Sunday of each month. We usually have some kind of food craft and make a poster showing what we've been thinking about. There are sometimes competitions which are fun rather than competitive. All ages can participate, but you don't have to join if you don't want.
