  also be described\nas ‘church at the edge’.  An invitation not onl
 y for our regular churchgoers but for\nthose who may not usually walk thro
 ugh the doors of this building for a variety of\nreasons. \nMany of us fi
 nd sustenance within a ‘space’ where we can be still\, breathe and\nre
 member the love which holds us all.\nA small\, dedicated team plan a theme
 d service for all of us to experience a quiet\ncontemplative hour\, being 
 guided to reflect with some meditative self-inquiry\,\nreadings\, poetry a
 nd music. A sacred space to help us reconnect with the inner\nwisdom of ou
 r hearts and cultivate both a sense of calm and self-care for body\, mind\
 nand soul.\nWhen we nurture ourselves with gentleness\, we are revived and
  feel safely held.  As\na result\, we ultimately have greater capacity t
 o love and give to others in all the ways\nwe feel called to.
