On the eve of All Souls, we remember those who have died. The Sunday evening service for 1st November will focus on this remembrance.
We call to mind all those whose lives are done.
We thank you that their time, now completed,
However short or long, sad or joyful,
Is gathered up, looked on and known by you.
For those unable to attend in person, there is an opportunity to request the lighting of a candle, add names to the memorial roster, and join this act of personal and collective remembrance online on the parish YouTube channel.
The Church of England also offers an opportunity to light an online candle and share this with friends and family: churchofengland.org/our-faith/light-candle
On Remembrance Sunday, we will hold two services of Remembrance so that we can accommodate those who wish to attend in person.
Because we have limited capacity, we will be operating a booking process for services on these two Sundays.
More information coming soon.
