DESCRIPTION:St James’s will be open from 10am to 4pm for anyone to drop 
 in and spend some time in prayer. Around the church you’ll find a series
  of prayer stations inspired by the Lord’s Prayer\, offering different w
 ays to reflect and engage. You’re welcome to move between them at your o
 wn pace or simply spend time with the one that speaks most to you.\n\nFrom
  10.30am to 12 noon\, there will be children’s prayer activities in the 
 St Francis Room—so if you’d like a moment of quiet prayer\, you can br
 ing the kids along too. They’ll be well looked after with creative activ
 ities while you take some time for yourself.\n\nWe’re also offering two 
 simple but enriching prayer workshops during the day:\n\n11am–12noon: Le
 ctio Visio – a gentle and creative way of praying with images and script
 ure\, allowing God to speak through both word and visual art.\n\n2pm–3pm
 : The Examen – a reflective prayer practice that helps you look back ove
 r your day to notice where God has been at work\, and to become more aware
  of his presence in everyday life.\n\nWhether you come for five minutes or
  stay all day\, there will be space for you to pause\, pray\, and be refre
 shed. Everyone is welcome.
