 ouncil\, the annual report on the financial affairs of the Church Council\
 , a report on the goods and ornaments of the Church\, a report on the fabr
 ic of the Church and the Church Hall\, a report on the proceedings of the 
 Deanery Synod and the Parish Priest's report.\nThose entitled to vote at t
 he Vestry Meeting are the residents of the ecclesiastical parish of S.S. L
 eonard and Jude Doncaster with S. Luke's\, Scawthorpe whose names are on t
 he secular electoral roll. Following the Vestry meeting those entitled to 
 vote are those whose names appear on the new or revised electoral roll of 
 the Parish.
