As a lot of us have had the first COVID-19 vaccine, our PCC have agreed unanimously that we should re-open for Sunday services in-Church. To allow for the recommended three weeks for the vaccine to kick-in, we have decided that we will re-open for services on Sunday 7th March, which will be a service of Morning Prayer led by Jan Bonser. The Revd Canon Michael Knight has confirmed that he too has had his first vaccine, and is keen to resume taking our services of Holy Communion on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month. The Revd Mary Essex will resume taking services of Holy Communion on the 3rd Sunday of each month. We look forward to being able to worship together again.
When visiting the Church, please note the following. At each side in the porch, we have put the Test & Trace QR Code, so if you have the App on your smart phone, you can open the App on your phone and point it to the QR Code. Don’t forget to use the sanitiser, wear your mask, and keep your distance! Anyone who visits the Church who later suspects that they may have COVID-19, should phone Brian Archbold on 07850 414158.
