The Life Skills course
CAP Life Skills is an 8 session course to teach you practical money saving techniques, such as cooking on a budget, living healthily on less, and making your money go further. We’ll also share top tips for dealing with life’s pressures and taking control of your future. The sessions include a mix of practical activities and informal discussions.
The course runs every Thursday, 12 February – 2 April, 18:30-20:00.
On 5 February, 18:30-20:00, we’re holding a taster session. This is a chance to sample our tea, coffee and cake, to find out more about what is in the course, and to sign up if you decide to join the course. It is in the same place where the course will happen.
