Erringden Benefice of St John's Cragg Vale and St Michael's Mytholmroyd
The two churches of St Michael's and St John the Baptist in the Wilderness work together as the Erringden Benefice, part of the Diocese of Leeds within the Church of England in the worldwide family of Anglican churches.
We warmly welcome those who live and work in this area or those who are visiting. We are a community made up of all sorts of people - different ages and backgrounds, who together are learning more about God, and want to share the good news they have discovered.
Safeguarding is important to us. Please see the link on the side panel for further details.
Due to current restrictions churches are closed for worship and to visitors. We have had to adapt and change how we meet for worship and social activities. We are currently using Zoom to meet and broadcast services, meetings and social events. Services are also broadcast live to Facebook. The words are also available if you require them. Please see the services page for details of times and how to join the live services.
