  Deanery Synod (usually for a 3yr term)\, the following reports must be pr
 ovided to the meeting for discussion and/or approval:\n\na report on the c
 hanges to the electoral roll since the last annual meeting\nan annual repo
 rt on the proceedings of the PCC and the activities of the parish generall
 y\,\nthe financial statements of the PCC for the year ending on the 31 Dec
 ember preceding the meeting\,\nthe annual fabric report under section 50 o
 f the Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction and Care of Churches Measure 2018\, and\
 na report of the proceedings of the deanery synod.
