DESCRIPTION:This is our annual meeting where the Churchwardens\, PCC membe
 rs and Deanery   Synod Members are appointed. It is also a chance to hear 
 and receive reports from various people within church on the activities of
  the church.\n\nThe Meeting of the Parishioners is a short meeting before 
 the APCM for the purpose of election the churchwardens. Anyone is entitled
  to attend who is either registered with the local government as being a r
 esident in the parish or is on the electoral roll for the church. Nominati
 on forms for churchwarden can be collected from the church. Churchwardens 
 must be at least 21 years of age\, baptised\, a communicant member of the 
 church\, on the electoral roll for the church\, and not disqualified from 
 serving for any reason.\n\nThe APCM is a slightly longer meeting for the p
 urpose of electing members to the PCC and to Deanery Synod as well as rece
 iving reports on the activities and financial state of the church. It is o
 pen to anyone who is on the electoral roll or is a clerk in Holy Orders li
 cenced to the church. Nomination forms for PCC and Deanery Synod can be co
 llected from the church. PCC and Deanery Synod members must be 16 years ol
 d or over\, must have been on the electoral roll for a minimum of 6 months
  (unless they are under 18)\, and must be actual communicant members of th
 e church.
