It is with heavy hearts that we have to tell you that once again, Saint Mary's church building will be closing. Never fear though, you'll still be able to access our services on Facebook, YouTube and Zoom, as well as on our phone line and podcast. For more details of what we've got happening, and updates as soon as we have them, please continue to check the "News And Notices" section of the website.

Reverend Karen writes:

"Today I revived an email from the Area Dean with info from Kirklees Public Health outlining the position at this time, this along with government guidance to stay at home to help protect lives and our NHS, has led me to decide that the responsible decision at this time is to close the churches for Public Worship until further notice to help to reduce any potential spread of the virus. I will aim to reassess the situation in a months time and work forward from there. I will inform the archdeacon and bishop of this decision.

We will continue to have worship each week online - on our Facebook page and on our YouTube channel as well as on our phone line.
