As we're sure you already know, all public worship on Sundays and midweek is now suspended, so there will be no services in our churches this Sunday.
However we will continue to worship together, but in a new online format.
This Sunday 22nd March, which is Mothering Sunday, and the following Sunday, we will be live-streaming two services via our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/north.hampshire.downs.churches/), as follows:
10.00am Holy Communion via live-stream (a more traditional service)
11.15am Informal Worship via live-stream (a more contemporary service)
Both services will include hymns and songs, Bible readings, a short reflection, and times of prayer, and will be 20-30 minutes in length.
We hope that you - and any members of your family - will be able to join us.
On Sunday evening, we will be joining with churches of all denominations all over the country as part of a national Day of Prayer, at 7pm. We will be live-streaming (again from our Facebook page) a short time of prayer, led by our clergy team, and it would be wonderful if you could join us for just a few minutes at that time.
We will also continue with midweek worship, and will be live-streaming as follows:
8:30am Morning Prayer (every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). 15 minutes in length, with a Psalm, a Bible reading, and a short time of prayer - also via our Facebook page, and we will leave the livestream video on the page through the day, in case you can't make the start time.
Please note that the church will remain open for private prayer and reflection each day.
Finally, please be assured that as a clergy team we are praying for all in our communities. If you have a specific prayer request please email it to '[email protected]'. All the clergy team have access to these emails and will be praying for requests daily. If you would like we can also include your request in our intercessions during our live streamed services. If you would like us to do this, please indicate in your email.
All updates regarding our church life will go on our church website moretolife.church, and the Facebook page, so please check those periodically.
With our best wishes,
Simon, Linda, Helen and Chris
