Our Lenten appeal continues as we lift our eyes above our own horizons and try to raise some (lots of!) money in aid of the UNICEF COVID-19 Appeal. This global charity is appealing for money to enable their work in alleviating the effects of the pandemic in the many parts of the world where there is little by way of a health service, where sanitation and water supply cannot be taken for granted and where the impact on education has been devastating. UNICEF - the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund - focuses all its efforts on the millions of disadvantaged and struggling children in the world. By supporting this appeal, we can express our thanksgiving for our own relatively good fortune in this pandemic and help some of the most needy of God’s children.

You can donate by going to our website, clicking on our ‘UNICEF COVID-19 Appeal’ tab and following the ‘donate’ link. Those present in church can use the electronic Giving Point at the back.

Please give generously to this worthy cause.
